Types of Warm-up Exercises before yoga!

Before you settle down to practicing yoga, just have warm-up session, which will energize your body. This may include a variety of exercises, depending on your situation. After you warm-up, take some rest (may be with savasana)before starting yoga session. We can have a small session of walking at indoor floor areas, stretching etc just to start perspiring.
