With Yoga You are in Track during COVID-19

We remain confident and satisfied that we are practicing Yoga and getting the daily dose of it while our physical activity has received a serious beating staying home and/or restricting our pre-COVID-19 ‘normal’ schedule! With some warm-up round we take rest for a while after which we can go for stretching, bending round,  hot yoga, pranayama and meditation.

Let us be not desperate! COVID-19 will be over! We will fight until we overcome the situation. Struggle is where life is! So accept it, the way of life now we are going through and we will be certainly Free after some time !
