Yoga during COVID-19

While you Stay indoors and/or go out for work Yoga can assist you, esp. the children, women, the aged and the weak stay Fit and Healthy! You can also take to pranayams ( breath control exercises) after having warm-up practice. You can practice yoga anytime a day provided your stomach allows you to, although keeping aside a specific schedule can be a better option.While you  keep mostly indoors reduce your intake of carbohydrate foods, esp. the more processed ones to maintain proper body weight.
